Overview
lookuplevelup (“we,” “us,” or “our”) explains here how you can request deletion of personal information we hold in connection with our services, including data obtained when you use Facebook Login or other Meta products where applicable.
How to request deletion
To ask us to delete your account data and associated records associated with our platform:
- Email your request to the official lookuplevelup support address your organization publishes (replace this line with that email).
- Include the email address or phone number you used to sign in, and if relevant note that you used Facebook / Meta login so we can match your account.
- We may verify your identity before processing the request. We will respond within a reasonable time under applicable law.
Removing Meta / Facebook connection
You can also remove our app’s connection to your Facebook account from your Facebook settings (Apps and Websites). That disconnects future sharing according to Meta’s controls; contact us as above if you need deletion of data we already stored.
